Instructions
  1. Cook the Sweet Potatoes: Peel and chop the sweet potatoes. Boil them in a pot until soft (about 15 minutes), then mash them and set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Prepare the Spinach: Steam the spinach until wilted (about 5 minutes). Alternatively, you can chop it finely and mix it raw into the hot beef.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, mashed sweet potatoes, and spinach. Add olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve and Store: Allow the food to cool to room temperature before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for future meals.
